Personal Training

Personal training is the concentrated training of an individual by a trained fitness professional. Personal trainers will generally set targets for their clients in order to motivate and help fulfil their clients fitness goals. Using their background knowledge of the human anatomy, personal trainers can target certain areas of the body to refine areas and help sportsman hone their physic specific to their sport. One example is boxers using personal trainers to reconfigure their body to move between weight divisions without detrimentally affecting their overall strength.

Personal trainers will also take measurements such as weight and muscle sizes i order to track their clients progress. As well as physical training, personal trainer will also educate their clients on lifestyle, such and nutrition and general health.
